No, your number won't get blocked when you use AiSensy to broadcast messages. Your account quality rating might go down if you spam the customer & the quality rating can go up once more customers respond to you or you don't send messages for 3–4 days.
No. You can use the API on WhatsApp Business App too using our latest Co-Existence feature. You can use the AiSensy Platform and also maintain WhatsApp Business App on the same number. If you have a lot of contacts and users (more than 10,000) then it is highly suggested you go for a new number.
We will apply for a Blue tick on your behalf once you purchase any offer, at no additional charge. It is totally up to Meta whether they approve your Blue tick or not.
